What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive, holistic healing therapy that involves stimulating specific reflex areas on the feet, hands, and face that correspond to different organs and systems of the body. By working these points, a trained Reflexologist can encourage balance and natural healing throughout the body. This practice is based on ancient principles dating back to Egypt and China, focusing on the body’s energy flowing through meridians or zones.

In Reflexology, the body is viewed as vertically running zones beginning and ending in the hands and feet. Energy moves through the zones like voices move through telephone lines. Any interruption or blockage along one of these lines, and the energy flow is restricted. Reflexology is believed to help clear blockages in these energy lines, improving circulation, promoting relaxation, and aiding the body’s ability to heal itself.

Standalone Reflexology Session: A focused session on the face, hands or feet, fully clothed and tailored to your needs. Great for addressing stress, sleep issues, pain, and overall energy flow. $60 - 30 minutes

Reflexology + Facial: A therapeutic treatment focusing on facial reflex points to stimulate the body's self-healing mechanisms, support the nervous system, and enhance circulation. This restorative session promotes full-body balance and well-being while offering skin-supportive benefits. $60 + $30 add on for facial - 1 hour (Only reflexology portion billing under insurance)

Reflexology Pedicure: Enjoy a luxurious foot soak followed by targeted foot reflexology and a finishing aromatherapy foot massage. $90 - 1 hour

Full-body reflex integration session: A comprehensive therapy combining reflex point stimulation from multiple regions (facial, plantar, palmar) for optimal nervous system support and systemic equilibrium. $90 - 1 hour
